Dancing Lilacs Dance Group was founded in September 2023 on the East Coast of Central Florida. We are a vibrant community of dance enthusiasts dedicated to preserving and performing traditional and folk Chinese dance. Our members come from a rich tapestry of professional backgrounds, including university professors, engineers, finance professionals, and business owners. Though our careers vary, we are united by a shared passion for dance and a deep appreciation for Chinese cultural heritage. Through the art of movement, we strive to express the beauty of life, share meaningful glimpses into Chinese traditions, and build lasting connections within our communities.
