Reyes Mezcaleria was founded in 2017 by local restaurateurs Jason and Sue Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, who also own and operate The Osprey, Seito Sushi Baldwin Park, and The Monroe. Chef Wendy Lopez of Reyes has made multiple appearances on The Food Network and has been recognized as Best Chef and Critic’s Choice in Orlando Magazine and Orlando Sentinel.
