We are a street food vendor serving Asian night market–inspired comfort foods, offering a mix of savory and sweet grab-and-go items. One of our top crowd favorites is our Vietnamese Steamed Pork Bao Buns, made from a homemade family recipe that’s been passed down for over 30 years. Each bun is soft and fluffy, filled with seasoned pork, Chinese sausage, and egg all together for a rich, traditional flavor.
We also serve Taiyaki fish-shaped waffles with both sweet and savory fillings including Red Bean, Nutella, Pepperoni & Cheese, and Mozzarella Cheese. Our handmade Dim Sum Shu Mai are filled with a shrimp and pork blend and steamed fresh. Adding a bold and refreshing contrast to the menu, we offer Lao-style papaya salad, a vibrant dish made with shredded green papaya, lime, chili, and fermented flavors that bring a perfect balance of spicy, sour, and savory.
