I am a Naturopathic Doctor and licensed Acupuncture Physician specializing in women’s fertility, hormonal health, and nervous system regulation.
My training includes a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences and a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Florida College of Integrative Sciences.
Through virtual consulting, I work with women who are done guessing and ready for precise, grounded, physiology-informed guidance.
How I Practice
I don’t believe in throwing protocols at symptoms or keeping people in care “just in case.”
I focus on:
- Identifying patterns that may be contributing to imbalance
- Providing targeted, evidence-informed recommendations
- Supporting stabilization so progress holds
- And helping you recognize when continued support is or isn’t necessary
My approach integrates naturopathic principles, traditional Chinese medicine theory, and functional lab interpretation to help you make informed decisions about your health.
