What to Bring

  • Seating – we recommend bringing lawn chairs or some blankets to relax. There is limited seating available for VIP ticket holders.
  • Sun screen – The Fox35 Storm Team shows Sunny with a high of 70° F.
  • Umbrella – an umbrella could be a great way to keep the sun out of your face. We do not allow large beach umbrellas or tents as they will obstruct other attendees view.
  • Cash and Card – All vendors are equipped to take cash and credit/debit cards. Each vendor handles their own payments and may not all receive Touchless Payments such as ApplePay.
  • 😀 A giant smile – we want Celebrate Lunar to be your favorite community event! Your beautiful smile and warm spirit are the best ingredient to the day!
  • Stroller or Wagon – if you’ve got little ones or want to transport your things, a little wagon or stroller is a great way to do that!

Extra notes

  • In-N-Out – as long as you leave your wrist band on, you are welcome to come and go from the event. Our ticketing team is prepared to let you in and out.
  • Stinky attitudes – please bring your smile! We ask for your patience as we are a volunteer run event. Also please be kind and patient with your fellow neighbor 😀
  • What to Wear – Most importantly be comfortable. This is a very casual event. If you want to dress up in traditional clothing we would love for you to show off your favorite traditional attire.
  • Pets – this is a dog friendly event. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Pet droppings must be picked up. Please bring poopy bags. Be aware that there will be thousands of people and not all may be aware of petting etiquette. There will be loud music. There is a City of Orlando dog park on site! You can hear and see from here!

Safety

  • Police Officers – There will be a combination of City of Orlando PD, Orange County Sheriff and volunteer security personnel on site at all times. Your safety is of the utmost importance.
  • Medical – There will be EMTs on site in addition to volunteer Medical Doctors.
  • Information – There will be a permanent information station and lost and found in addition to hundreds of volunteer staff who will be glad to assist you.

We’d love to see your awesome pictures and videos!! Post with #celebratelunar and @celebratelunar on Instagram and Facebook!
