Celebrate Lunar is more than a Chinese festival
If you’re looking for a Chinese festival in Orlando, you’re in the right place. Celebrate Lunar is Orlando’s Lunar New Year festival, also known as Chinese New Year, now in its sixth year at Luminary Green Park in downtown Orlando. It was built with local high school Asian American clubs to bring Asian cultures together in one celebration. Alongside Chinese traditions, you’ll celebrate Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Cambodian and Filipino culture, and each year we look to add more.

Bao, pho, hibachi, boba, croffles, ube ice cream and more, from local curated vendors and chefs representing about eight Asian countries. Follow your nose down the vendor row and come hungry. See our first 2027 vendors.

Celebrate Lunar’s magic lies in its diversity. Watch lion dances weave through the crowd, take in live cultural performances on the main stage, and learn the meaning behind lucky red envelopes. The 2027 lineup is coming soon.
