HILI Fitness

HILI stands for High Intensity, Low Impact. Its studios teach 50-minute pilates classes on the spring-loaded Xformer reformer and on infrared-heated Hot Mats, aiming for a full-body workout without jumping or pounding.

Based in Maitland, HILI has studios across Central Florida and elsewhere, and welcomes beginners. At East Meets West it led outdoor mat pilates classes for festival-goers, and it has given the festival’s community discount offers.
