Yakisoba is a popular street food style of Japanese soba noodles that first appeared in food stalls in Japan around the 1930s. Yakisoba is prepared by frying ramen-style wheat noodles with bite-sized pork and finely chopped vegetables like cabbage, onions, bean sprouts, and carrots.

Kabuki Soba’s most popular menu item is their ‘Sweet Red Chicken Soba,’ a unique bowl made with Yakisoba noodles, tonkatsu style fried-chicken, & topped with a sweet red sauce. This dish is inspired by a homemade Japanese recipe that is oishii desu🤯
