Kabuki Soba

Kabuki Soba serves Japanese street food from Miami: yakisoba bowls of fried wheat noodles, along with yakitori skewers. Led by Head Chef Victor Pozo, the team is a regular market vendor in South Florida.

Its most popular dish is the Sweet Red Chicken Soba, made with yakisoba noodles, tonkatsu-style fried chicken and a sweet red sauce inspired by a homemade Japanese recipe.
