SBL Bao & Taiyaki

SBL Bao & Taiyaki is a street food vendor serving night market-inspired comfort food, both savory and sweet. Its signature is the Vietnamese steamed pork bao, made from a family recipe passed down for more than 30 years and filled with seasoned pork, Chinese sausage and egg.

The menu also includes taiyaki fish-shaped waffles with red bean, Nutella or cheesy fillings, handmade shrimp-and-pork shu mai, and a bright Lao-style papaya salad.
