Tri Asian Bao Bun

Tri Asian Bao Bun is a Central Florida pop-up making filled bao buns. Fillings have included braised shredded chicken in gochujang sauce with creamy slaw, cilantro and sesame seeds, and fried tofu with ginger pepper relish, scallions, sesame and eel sauce.
