West Indies Peppa Sauce (WIPS)

West Indies Peppa Sauce, known as WIPS, is a Caribbean-owned food brand based in Orlando. Its pepper sauce comes from a family recipe passed down through generations and rooted in Guyana.

The sauces are made in red and yellow scotch bonnet versions with a short ingredient list, and are vegan and gluten-free. The brand puts flavor first and heat second, and sells in jars the way pepper sauce is often shared at Caribbean tables. WIPS is found at farmers markets, in Florida grocery stores and online.
